Refunds and Returns:
Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for information regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a RA (return authorization) number is issued from our Head Office. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all blank returned goods. All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified by the buyer upon receipt to ensure the product is correct before printing and/or embroidery. For goods shipped directly to decorators, it is the responsibility of your printer or embroiderers to verify accuracy of items as no returns will be accepted once items are printed and/or embroidered.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the product is damaged or rendered unusable in transit.

All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
