1. Sponsor
The Wing a Ringo! Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Just Tote Bags (justtotebags.online).

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins March 5, 2026 and ends May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Void where prohibited. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter, sign up for the Just Tote Bags email newsletter at justtotebags.online during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won:
A RINGO Pro Water Bottle with Magnetic Booster Ring – 24 oz.
Approximate retail value: as listed on the product page at the time of the contest. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on or about June 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Requirements
Selected entrant must:

• Respond to the winner notification within 5 business days
• Correctly answer a time‑limited mathematical skill‑testing question
• Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if requested)

Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.

8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other errors. Personal information will be used solely for contest administration and newsletter communications in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name and general location (e.g., city/province) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
